Your questions
How do I get a white background on a flat lay clothing photo?
Upload your flat lay photo to Parisia: the original backdrop is replaced with a plain, very light background and a soft shadow. For pure white with no shadow, check “Pure white background” before you launch.
What photo should I provide?
A sharp photo of your garment laid flat or on a hanger, fully in frame. The backdrop can be imperfect: pins, table edges, studio background. The better your starting photo, the better the result.
How do I handle the front and back of a garment?
Name your files with “front” and “back” (for example “shirt-front.jpg” and “shirt-back.jpg”): Parisia pairs them and returns two images in the same style.
How much does it cost to retouch a photo?
One retouched photo counts as one image in your plan: about $0.66 on Starter, $0.50 on Pro and $0.36 on Advanced. With annual billing, the price per photo drops further. Prices exclude VAT.
What is the difference between 2K and 4K?
2K suits most web uses. 4K offers more definition for fine details and large visuals. It counts as two images in your plan.
Will my garment match the original?
Parisia is designed to respect your product. Lighting is harmonized, so shades may shift slightly. Always check the result.
Can I retouch several garments at once?
Yes: up to 20 garments in one order, with their front and back. You get an email when your images are ready.
What if I need more images?
Move up to a higher plan, or add a pack of 100 images ($55.90) or 500 images ($199.90), usable whenever you like.
